Security Requirement
- You must email from your registered email address
- Include your full name in the email
- We will verify your identity before processing
Requests from a different email address will require additional verification for your security.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Your account and profile information
- Organization and team data
- Call recordings and transcripts
- Agent configurations
- Billing and subscription information
Processing Time
We will verify your identity and process deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.
Warning
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All data will be irreversibly removed.
